No. All C360 courses are designed for ordinary people. No martial arts background, no specific fitness level, no age restrictions are assumed. Mark Tucker's approach is to teach what works for you — not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.

Yes. All formal first aid courses are delivered through C360 Group Ltd, a CPD Accredited Provider (#21883) and ProTrainings Approved Centre (#92182). Certificates are nationally recognised.
